Hey There!! Today I wanted to share with you my secret on how I stay organized & productive in various areas of my life be it work, home, fitness, nutrition, travel planning, and the list goes on!
It takes a lot of mental energy to keep up with everything in today's fast paced world and since I have started utilizing the Bullet Journal system, it has really enabled me to simplify things and stay focused on what is important.
The concept of a bullet journal is it's a book with a table of contents that you create as you go to reference things later on so let's say you are making notes today of things you want to pack for a trip, instead of that list/thought going on a random piece of paper to later get thrown away, it is part of a journal that you can reference later on. The books pages are comprised of a lot of small dots instead of lines that allow you to be completely flexible with your thoughts so if you want to draw something out on one page you can and then you can make a to-do list on another page.
The key for me is it gives me a place that I can go back and reference at a later date so I don't have to keep up with numerous scraps of paper and also if something is consistently on my mind instead of rewriting the chore/thought, I can record it once and then refer back to it later.
